Use Moleskin for shoes
Moleskin is a sticky cotton fabric that you can stick to your shoe or your skin.

Using a pair of scissors cut a large enough moleskin for the area you want to cover. Place the piece on the heel and use a pen to mark the area you wish to cover. Cut it into the desired shape. Finally, strip off the backing of the moleskin and stick it on a clean heel.

You see, like armpits, feet tend to sweat. The moisture from the sweat can cause blisters from shoes that rub—applying your favorite antiperspirant to keep your feet dry, which in turn reduces the chances of blistering.
We advise you to use powdery antiperspirant rather than gel. The gel is sticky and can irritate.
Make Sure Your Shoes Fit Well

Sprinkle some water on some sheets of newspaper until damp. Roll them up into balls and stuff them into your shoes. Leave them to dry.
The moisture from the damp newspaper will soften the leather. However, the leather may crack or become stiff after some time. To avoid this, apply a leather conditioner to your shoes.
Rub the inside of your shoe heel with soap and massage it before slipping into your shoes. The shoe will be more comfortable after a few applications.
Stretch Your Shoes

This method works better with leather and suede shoes. It helps stretch both the length and the width of your shoe. Simply Insert the tree after taking off your shoe and remove it only when you want to wear that pair of shoes.
Use a Shoe Stretcher.
This is a fast and time-saving method to loosen tight shoes. You require a shoe stretching pray for the process.
First, spray your shoe with a stretching spray generously. Insert the shoe stretcher into the shoe. Most stretchers come with a knob and a handle. Use the handle to stretch the width and the knob to adjust the length.
Keep adjusting the length and width until the desired size. Leave the shoes for a maximum of eight hours before removing the stretcher.
